We ask that you please be very comprehensive and understanding with our policy.
Your order number must be provided.
If any visible damages may occur to your item/or items upon arrival, you must show proper and clear images of any damage. You will get the option to ask for a refund for that specific item/items or to be re-sent a new one.
If you happen to change your mind from purchasing from our store after your order has already been shipped, you must return all items in your package before we will be able to refund you. We will be happy to email you a return label slip. If any item from your package is missing upon returning, you will be charged for those specific items from your refund amount.
